Role overview
We are looking for a Senior Account Management professional to own the relationship, contractual, and commercial health of one or more of our key clients based in the US. This is a senior, high‑ownership role for someone who can operate as the single accountable point for an account across its full lifecycle – from commercial strategy and contract execution to renewal, expansion, and long‑term partnership growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the relationship, contractual, and commercial health of one or more of our key clients based in the US.
- Operate as the single accountable point for an account across its full lifecycle—from commercial strategy and contract execution to renewal, expansion, and long‑term partnership growth.
- Work in tight partnership with Engagement Leaders, who own delivery execution, to ensure commercial commitments and delivery outcomes stay aligned.
- Ensure the client experiences one coordinated team.
Requirements
- Senior Account Management professional.
- Ability to own relationship, contractual, and commercial health of key US clients.
- Experience managing full account lifecycle including commercial strategy, contract execution, renewal, expansion, and partnership growth.
- Ability to work closely with Engagement Leaders to align commercial commitments with delivery outcomes.
- Reports to the VP of Account Management.
