Role overview
As a Forward Deployed Engineer in our Voice AI team, you will be the primary technical owner for client deployments on our B2B voicebot platform. You'll work directly with clients to understand their requirements, configure and deploy voicebot solutions, build customisations, resolve production issues, and ensure ongoing success—acting as the bridge between our platform's capabilities and the client's business needs. Responsibilities
- Be the primary technical owner for client deployments on our B2B voicebot platform
- Work directly with clients to understand their requirements
- Configure and deploy voicebot solutions
- Build customisations
- Resolve production issues
- Ensure ongoing success
- Act as the bridge between our platform's capabilities and the client's business needs
- Take clients from signed contract to successful production deployment and beyond
- Operate with a strong ownership mindset
- Move fast and communicate clearly
- Treat every client deployment like a product launch
- Work closely with Product, Infra, Biz and Platform Engineering to ensure what we learn in the field shapes how we build
