Role overview
HighRadius provides a single Agentic AI platform for the Office of the CFO, integrating 180+ agents to orchestrate end-to-end processes across Order-to-Cash, Close & Reconciliation, Consolidation & Reporting, Accounts Payable, B2B Payments, and Treasury. The company guarantees operational KPI improvements and drives value creation at 1300+ enterprises. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE-IV) with deep expertise in Java to design and build scalable, high-performance systems. This role requires strong technical leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence architecture and best practices across teams.
Responsibilities
- Create HLD and LLD for complex, distributed systems.
- Define architecture patterns, data flow, and integration points.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Java, Python, or similar languages.
- Implement microservices and APIs with best practices.
- Optimize systems for high availability and low latency.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, and QA teams.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers on design and coding standards.
- Ensure adherence to coding guidelines and design principles.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience.
- Strong experience in HLD and LLD for large-scale systems.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or C++.
- Expertise in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, and Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Knowledge of Databases (SQL/NoSQL) and Caching Mechanisms.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with Distributed Systems, Event-Driven Architecture, and Messaging Queues.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
