The candidate will own the entire content creation and distribution process, from ideation to scaling through reposters and remixers, with the sole metric being user discovery of Studio AI.
Responsibilities
- Get millions of people to discover Studio AI by creating faceless short-form content on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts that generates massive reach.
- Post multiple times a day across every account managed, determining formats, hooks, and angles to drive views and direct traffic to Studio AI.
- Create content that drives massive reach, including rage bait, controversy, provocative hooks, memes, engagement bait, trending audio, and story-driven shorts that elicit reactions, shares, arguments, tags, and saves.
- Run multiple faceless accounts, each with its own niche and audience, managing posting rhythm, visual identity, and growth.
- Test content constantly, kill underperforming content, and double down on what works.
- Build a library of proven formats and a playbook that compounds over time.
- Build a network of reposters/remixers who spread proven content by reposting directly or producing their own variations of the same concept.
- Scale distribution from personal accounts to hundreds of reposters/remixers.
Requirements
- Have built faceless accounts from zero to 50K+ followers on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube, with verifiable accounts, content, and growth.
- Think in hooks and understand the difference between content people watch and content people share.
- Understand levers like outrage, curiosity, tribal identity, and humor, and know which to use for which platform.
- Produce content quickly, from idea to live post in under 20 minutes, using tools like CapCut or equivalent, text overlays, trending audio, transitions, and platform-native formats.
- Know how to scale a winner by breaking down its success, turning it into a repeatable format, producing scalable variations, and building a playbook.
- Track key metrics using platform analytics, UTMs, and attribution to determine which content drives traffic to Studio AI, not just views.

- Have managed or been part of a reposter/remix network before (e.g., Discord, Whop, Telegram).
- Know how to recruit people, keep them active, and manage output in a reposter/remix network.
- Understand how to scale distribution outside of personal accounts, including how repost/remix networks operate, how platforms detect coordinated activity, and how to grow reach without getting accounts shut down.
