Hiring: Data Scientist (AI & Analytics) 📍 Location: Thane 💼 Experience: 5–7 Years 📅 Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred 🕒 Shift: Early Morning 📆 Working Days: 5 Days Role & Responsibilities Develop and maintain predictive and diagnostic models to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Perform optimization analytics to enhance workforce planning, cost management, and service performance. Deliver customer analytics and CX insights by analyzing customer interactions and feedback. Support growth analytics initiatives, including customer retention, churn prediction, and revenue opportunity identification. Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights for stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements and deliver scalable data-driven solutions. Contribute to AI and analytics initiatives focused on operational excellence and customer experience improvements. Required Skills & Experience 5–7 years of experience in Data Science or Advanced Analytics, preferably in BPO, Contact Center, Customer Experience, or related domains. Strong proficiency in R (preferred) or Python and SQL. Hands-on experience with predictive modeling, diagnostic analytics, and statistical techniques. Knowledge of optimization analytics and growth analytics methodologies. Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and text analytics. Familiarity with Amazon Connect Customer Profiles, Contact Lens, or Genesys Cloud CX. Exposure to AWS-based MLOps practices is an added advantage. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree (Graduate) in a relevant discipline. Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be given preference.
