Advisory Software Engineer

Overview A strong experience with Genesys Cloud platform development or a similar platform. Proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js, knowledge of REST APIs, familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, and the ability to design and architect customer interaction solutions using Genesys Cloud features, often including integration with other systems like CRM or data platforms; experience with telephony systems and concepts is also beneficial.
