Role overview
Responsibilities
- Lead projects for International HQ service organization
- Monitor business costs and quality operational metrics, define and deploy action plans to improve quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction
- Support modality targets for service productivity and service labor cost reduction
- Drive projects with OLEs to prioritize and solve customer issues
- Serve as the interface of the OLC team with external partners on new initiatives
- Facilitate the resolution of team issues
- Support OLEs for remote education initiatives
- Coordinate regional modality leaders’ actions on service process improvement and proactively communicate and share information with regional and multifunctional teams
- Be aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations
- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within defined deadlines
- Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or similar
- At least 10 years’ experience in service of specific modality
- Proven leadership skills (experience successfully managing projects/issues)
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in a team organization role in an international environment
- Fluent English
