Role overview
This role owns end-to-end paid growth for Perisclaw, a live, monetizing WhatsApp-native personal AI assistant built for India and the rest of the world with strong global demand. The hire will build and scale Meta acquisition across India, the Middle East, and Europe from the ground up, driving creative strategy, funnel optimization, testing, CAC management, and payback performance. The position is fully remote, with the hire working directly with Perisclaw's founders (ex-McKinsey and Bain, with deep WhatsApp expertise from the team behind Periskope) as the company's first dedicated growth hire.
Responsibilities
- Own Meta paid acquisition end to end.
- Build and execute the paid growth strategy across India, Middle East, and Europe.
- Develop the creative testing strategy and continuously improve creative velocity.
- Monitor and optimize CAC, trial-to-paid conversion, payback, and funnel performance.
- Identify winning audiences, creatives, campaigns, and markets to scale.
- Decide what to test, kill, and scale based on data.
- Work directly with the founders on growth strategy and execution.
- Build a repeatable paid acquisition engine for Perisclaw.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience for consumer AI products.
- Proven experience scaling paid acquisition for consumer products.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads across India, Middle East, and/or Europe.
- Experience owning CAC, trial-to-paid conversion, payback, and funnel metrics.
- Strong creative strategy skills with a high velocity of testing and iteration.
- Experience deciding what to test, kill, and scale based on performance data.
- Strong analytical thinking and clear communication.
Nice to have
- Background in consumer AI, microdrama, gaming, or D2C is strongly preferred.
- TikTok Ads experience in markets outside the US is a plus.
