Role overview
PradeepIT is a globally recognized IT Consulting firm headquartered in Bengaluru that connects vetted Indian talent to Fortune 500 companies and startups. They are looking for a junior android developer who is hungry to learn and build state-of-the-art products for the transportation industry, working within an existing mobile team of six engineers.
Responsibilities
- Work autonomously
- Working on complex products with hardware components: Electronic Logging Devices, Accident Prevention Cameras, Fleet Management Routing Applications
- Personally test through products
- Complete ownership of the entire product, including testing, development, and r&d
- Building complex applications in Android from scratch
- Connecting Android applications with API's and working with our back-end developers in developing API's for each design screen
- Work with design documentation, and other developers in our teams to bring customers projects into production
Requirements
- At least one year of Android development experience
- 1-6 years of experience working with products that have been published to the play store
- Graduate degree from an accredited university with a Computer Science background
- Ability to work with a team of remote-developers to define, design, and ship new features and applications
- Proven track record supporting or working with a team on complex features and applications
- Experience with source code version control such as Git
- Skills: android,kotlin,git
- Strong eye for detail
- Strong technical skills from university
