Role : Senior network engineer (10+ Yrs, Routing , Switching, Firewall ) Immediate Joiner only Location : Noida About the role We're looking for an IT & Network Engineer to design, maintain, and troubleshoot the internet and IT infrastructure across our coworking space(s), ensuring fast, secure, and reliable connectivity for members. Responsibilities Design, deploy, and maintain wired/wireless network infrastructure (routers, switches, access points, firewalls) across all locations Monitor network performance and uptime; proactively resolve outages and bottlenecks Manage bandwidth allocation and guest/member Wi-Fi (captive portals, VLANs, guest isolation) Ensure network security: firewall rules, VPN access, intrusion detection, patching Set up and manage member-facing IT touchpoints (meeting room AV, printers, badge/access systems) Liaise with ISPs on service contracts, outages, and upgrades Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and asset inventory Provide tier-1/2 IT support to staff and members for connectivity issues Plan for scalability as new locations or members onboard Manage backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity for network systems Requirements Network administration/IT infrastructure roles Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing/switching (Cisco, Ubiquiti, or similar) Experience with enterprise Wi-Fi systems and network security best practices Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG, Nagios, UniFi Controller) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good communication skills — able to explain technical issues to non-technical members Certifications a plus (CCNA, Network+, Security+) Show more
