Role overview
micro1 is engaging expert Senior Software Engineers to support a customer’s innovative project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. As a subject-matter expert, you'll review code patches generated by an LLM for the repository (or repositories) you maintain, and provide your professional assessment of each one.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate code patches generated by LLMs and offer detailed feedback on each one
- Provide written justification to support your assessments
- Conduct peer reviews of work submitted by other subject-matter experts
Requirements
- Applicants must have clear open source contributions and profiles to showcase it like GitHub or GitLab.
Nice to have
- Experience maintaining an open source repository.
- Experience reviewing code from contributors
