Support content Art and Development divisions in achieving visual and technical results.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Unity technical tools and solutions to solve performance issues while executing artistic and game vision.
- Cooperate with Art and Development divisions to identify and create art-pipeline optimizations and tools for new and existing production workflow.
- Optimize memory and game performance by realizing artistic and gameplay intentions within project constraints.
- Monitor performance of levels and the game in real time.
- Implement complex art features in collaboration with the Development division.
- Create and maintain technical art documentation.
- Set up, implement, and optimize VFX and SFX.
- Provide technical support for UI/UX implementation.
- Offer animation technical support and collaborate on animation pipelines.
- Support and collaborate on Level Art with the Art division.
- Set up and script shaders, including creation, optimization, and scripting.
- Develop and maintain modular contractors: geometry setup, prefab setup, material blending techniques.
- Write basic C# scripts for interfacing with the game development team, tools, and pipeline development.
- Write medium‑complexity C# or C++ scripts for interfacing with the game development team, tools, and pipeline development.
- Optimize texture compression per platform.
- Manage version control using Git, SVN, Perforce, or PlasticSCM.
- Apply performance optimization techniques such as batching, instancing, light baking, and managing polycount, RAM and VRAM budgets.
- Perform lighting, rendering, and post‑effects work, including HDRP, URP, or Legacy pipelines.
- Handle particles, rigging, and related visual effects.
- Conduct 3D modeling and texturing pipeline work and support 2D asset pipelines (sprites, scripts, etc.).

- Strong proficiency with Unity technical tools and solutions.
- Experience solving performance issues in Unity projects.
- Knowledge of art‑pipeline optimizations and tool creation.
