Role overview
NVIDIA is seeking a Global Trade Compliance Analyst in Pune, India to join its worldwide Global Systems Solution Compliance team. The role will lead compliance with U.S. export regulations while maintaining SAP Global Trade Services system operations, contributing to a world‑class team driving the next era of computing.
Responsibilities
- Support SAP GTS edition for SAP HANA (GTS E4H) day‑to‑day operations including reviewing, releasing and escalating Sanction Party List issues, Export/import license blocks and embargo blocks.
- Maintain relevant product and customer master data including Export Control Classification Number (ECCN), Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classification and D5 Headquarter customer restrictions.
- Maintain multi‑regional legal regulations in GTS E4H.
- Audit GTS E4H to ensure system integrity.
- Provide Monthly/Quarter End APAC support.
- Support U.S. Automated Export System integration in GTS E4H for US Exports.
- Develop improved reports for analytics.
- Lead compliance with US export regulations while maintaining SAP Global Trade Services system operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated strong use and working knowledge of SAP GTS (Compliance and Customs Management) and ECC, HANA S/4 areas.
- Knowledge of product classification (HS‑Code / ECCN).
- Advanced understanding of BIS EAR and other export control regulations.
- Knowledge of using SAP BI/BO reports & ad‑hoc reports using SQVI.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe and Salesforce.
