Role overview
Sarvam is seeking a hands‑on commercial leader to own the end‑to‑end go‑to‑market engine for its on‑device AI portfolio (SarvamFlow, Sarvam Work, and on‑device models). In this individual‑contributor role you will be responsible for acquiring partners, building pipelines, and closing OEM and partnership revenue to meet an annual target, while creating repeatable GTM playbooks and coordinating across Sales, Marketing, Product, and engineering.
Responsibilities
- Personally carry and close annual partner/OEM revenue while maintaining a rolling pipeline of qualified OEM/SI partner conversations each quarter.
- Lead international launch of GTM initiatives with OEMs and hardware accelerators, creating scalable programs for regional adaptation.
- Design and establish repeatable operating playbooks for product launches, vertical programs, and process changes, setting cadence for training, communication, and execution across regions.
- Create, ship, and roll out high‑quality, field‑ready collateral (pitch decks, battle cards, solution briefs, competitive intelligence), delivering at least four core enablement assets per half‑year.
- Align priorities, timelines, and execution across Sales, Marketing, FDSE, and Product to ensure smooth execution of major GTM initiatives.
- Partner with Marketing to run monthly, targeted account‑based campaigns that convert directly into qualified pipeline.
- Maintain ≥ 85 % CRM hygiene score, ensuring all deals and updates are accurately logged within 48 hours.
- Monitor and report on pipeline generation, asset adoption, and overall GTM performance, linking initiatives to revenue outcomes.
Requirements
- 5–12 years of proven revenue experience in GTM, partnerships, or enterprise sales within AI/ML platforms, software, or hardware ecosystem, with documented closed revenue and quota attainment.
- History of personally closing a partner or OEM book of business worth millions (quota‑carrying history) with CRM evidence.
- Direct experience building GTM motions for on‑device, edge, or embedded AI/ML products, preferably with silicon partners or OEMs such as Qualcomm, Intel, MediaTek, Lenovo, HP.
- Proven ability to create sales assets (battle cards, decks, case studies) that drive pipeline or adoption metrics.
- Demonstrated skill in cross‑functional execution: running stand‑ups, setting operational cadences, and holding peers accountable without direct authority.
- Understanding of account‑based marketing, campaign‑to‑pipeline attribution, and basic funnel mathematics.
- High proficiency with Salesforce or HubSpot at an operational level, maintaining pipeline hygiene.
- Excellent written and verbal communication: crafting internal briefs, external decks, and pitching to senior technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to thrive in early‑stage, high‑ambiguity environments, defining processes rather than following existing corporate manuals.
Benefits
- High ownership and high impact from day one.
- Work alongside researchers, engineers, builders, and business leaders in a fast‑moving, high talent‑density team.
- AI‑first culture influencing how the company builds, ships, and solves problems.
- Opportunity to work on problems that could change how an entire country learns, works, and communicates.
- Collaborative environment with leading enterprises and public institutions, backed by prominent investors.
- Exposure to cutting‑edge sovereign AI research and applications for India.
