Role overview
MISUMI Americas, a division of MISUMI Group, is a leading provider of standard, configurable, and custom manufacturing solutions, empowering engineers and procurement teams through a vast catalog of components and a world-class digital manufacturing platform. The company seeks a motivated, people-focused Recruiter to join its growing People Operations team. In this role, the Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and engaging top talent to ensuring an exceptional candidate experience—while partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire the best talent to support the company’s growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage all stages of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and offer management for a variety of roles across departments (Full-Cycle Recruiting).
- Efficiently handle multiple requisitions at once, maintaining clear communication and providing timely updates to candidates and hiring teams (High-Volume Candidate Management).
- Actively identify and engage passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, job boards, referrals, and social media (Talent Sourcing & Networking).
- Represent and promote the organization as an employer of choice, both online and offline, by delivering a positive and authentic candidate experience (Employer Branding).
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs through continuous networking and relationship-building (Pipeline Development).
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract competitive and diverse talent in alignment with the company’s values and goals (Recruitment Strategy).
- Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, source of hire, candidate conversion rates, etc.) to ensure process efficiency and continuous improvement (Data-Driven Recruiting).
- Provide a seamless and professional experience to all candidates, ensuring consistent communication, feedback, and transparency throughout the process (Candidate Experience).
- Partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and team leads to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and team culture fit (Collaboration).
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Full-Cycle Recruiting.
