Production Management Plan and monitor daily production of Insulators assembly manufacturing in accordance with control plan, for on-time delivery by effective utilization of man-power and machinery. People Management Motivate, train and develop competent workforce of the manufacturing unit to improve efficiency. Resource Management Plan and oversee optimum utilization of man-power, machinery, tools, consumables and energy in an efficient manner. Planned production cost (PPC) deviation Digitalization Implement innovative digital solutions in production for reliable manufacturing. I4.0 - Paper less manufacturing Audit and Compliance Monitor and implement audit compliance requirements in the department to meet internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
