Role overview
The AI Product Manager will lead development of agentic AI solutions for Paytm’s UPI ecosystem, building autonomous AI agents that enhance payments, automate support, detect fraud, and provide personalized financial insights. The role involves defining product strategy and roadmap, collaborating with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Risk teams, and ensuring compliance with NPCI guidelines and responsible AI practices.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered UPI experiences.
- Build autonomous AI agents for payments, dispute resolution, customer assistance, and transaction recommendations.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Risk teams to deliver AI-first products.
- Leverage LLMs, AI agents, and workflow automation to improve user engagement and operational efficiency.
- Drive experimentation using analytics, customer insights, and A/B testing.
- Ensure compliance with NPCI guidelines, privacy, and responsible AI practices.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of Product Management experience in FinTech, Payments, or AI products.
- Understanding of UPI, digital payments, and banking ecosystems.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, and AI product development.
- Strong analytical skills with SQL and product analytics tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and execution capabilities.
