Role overview
HighRadius is a FinTech unicorn delivering autonomous finance via a single Agentic AI platform that integrates over 180 AI agents across the full finance value chain. The Forward Deployed Architect role, based in Hyderabad, India, works directly with clients to audit finance workflows, drive technology and process improvements, and ensure adoption of the AI platform, traveling up to 50% of the time to client sites.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential improvements in technology and process and work with customers to drive business outcomes such as DSO reduction and increased auto‑match rates.
- Conduct deep‑dive observations of client finance workflows to identify friction points and bottlenecks (the “Day‑in‑the‑Life” audit).
- Design and execute playbooks that drive user engagement and embed the AI platform as the backbone of the client’s finance operations (Adoption Strategy).
- Lead monthly operational committee meetings with client SMEs to review health metrics and tactical progress.
- Prepare executives for Steering Committees and provide a data‑driven narrative of value delivered (Executive Readiness).
- Stack‑rank client requests and technical enhancements using the 80/20 rule, negotiating with client managers to focus resources on the changes that drive the greatest impact.
- Align client desires with the core product vision to prevent scope creep and ensure scalability over customization (Roadmap Alignment).
- Manage cross‑functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Consulting to resolve high‑impact escalations.
- Lead task‑force “war‑room” sessions for critical issues, owning the resolution timeline and post‑mortem strategy to prevent recurrence.
- Act as a trusted advisor, comfortably leading meetings with Finance Directors, managers, and subject‑matter experts, and performing data analysis to design and re‑configure AI agents for value delivery.
- Use a value‑vs‑complexity matrix to identify solutions and solve problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or Management Information Systems (MIS).
- 2–5 years of data science or client management experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time to client sites.
- Ability to lead meetings with Finance Directors, managers, and subject‑matter experts.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to design and re‑configure AI agents.
- Proficiency in using a value‑vs‑complexity matrix to evaluate solutions.
- Effective stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, and Consulting teams.
- Experience leading operational committees and executive steering committees.
