Role overview
This is a high-trust, high-impact role for a candidate who combines sharp strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The successful hire will serve as the operational backbone and strategic partner to ElevenLabs' India General Manager, driving revenue operations, upholding team process accountability, and ensuring seamless scaling as the company expands rapidly in its largest APJ market. Unlike traditional support roles, this position requires moving beyond passive strategy execution to proactively identify new growth opportunities, own end-to-end delivery of high-impact initiatives, and resolve operational gaps before they escalate, with no task considered too small to take on. The role offers significant upside for candidates ready to drive meaningful, measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue operations for the India market, uphold team accountability to processes, and ensure no operational gaps as ElevenLabs scales rapidly in its largest APJ market as the operational backbone and strategic partner to the India GM
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the GM, including pressure-testing plans rather than only executing pre-defined tasks
- Scope and build the business case for new growth bets, including new segments, channels, or go-to-market motions
- Bring an outside-in perspective to identify where India GTM is under-indexed, and translate market and competitive signals into actionable plans
- Own end-to-end execution of key growth initiatives, driving them from initial plan to measurable outcome rather than only tracking status updates
- Serve as the connective tissue across Legal, Marketing, and Product teams for India-specific initiatives
- Track relevant KPIs and OKRs for the India business, surfacing potential issues before they escalate into urgent problems
- Identify and resolve operational problems before they escalate
- Use AI tools to automate, streamline, and multiply personal work impact
- Handle sensitive matters with discretion and act as a trusted partner across the organization
Requirements
- Low ego, high sense of ownership, willingness to take on any task, with a track record of driving initiatives to completion rather than only fulfilling assigned tasks
- Smart, structured, and practical mindset with genuine commercial instincts
- Proven track record of owning a growth initiative end-to-end and delivering measurable results, not just coordinating cross-functional work
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, with the ability to turn a vague growth thesis into a scoped plan with clear owners and timelines
- Passionate about AI and excited to be at the center of a category-defining company
- Prior professional experience in consulting, strategy & operations, or a high-growth startup go-to-market (GTM) environment
