Role overview
SE Ranking, an all-in-one SEO and digital marketing platform, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to scale its Data Product (API and MCP offering) from early traction into a repeatable, scalable revenue line. The goal is to turn the product into a growth engine and establish SE Ranking as the marketing intelligence infrastructure for AI agents. The role involves owning the entire revenue funnel—from acquisition and activation to sales enablement, onboarding, retention, and expansion—while leading a focused squad of engineers and partnering with PMM, Sales, and Demand Gen to drive MRR and net dollar retention (NDR).
Responsibilities
- Report directly to Mike Korenugin, VP of Product, and own the entire funnel for the Data Product (API + MCP): from acquisition and activation, to sales enablement, to onboarding, retention, and expansion.
- Drive two connected revenue engines: net-new MRR from API and Data customers, and net dollar retention (NDR) by embedding MCP and agentic workflows into the core SEO jobs customers do every day.
- Lead a focused squad with Engineering Manager Aleksander Germatsky and Senior Engineers Dominik Stypula and Mikhail Liubushkin to ship endpoints, infrastructure, and developer experience.
- Partner daily with Valentyna Havryliuk (PMM) on API & MCP adoption and Alexey Trusevich (Account Executive) for the Data Product.
- Work closely with Demand Gen, SEO, Growth, and PR on product discovery and promotion.
- Collaborate with Sales, Success, and Support on closing and retaining customers.
- Work with the Data team on coverage, accuracy, and requested endpoints to connect everything into one growth motion.
- Craft a strategy for the Data Product to grow Data revenue by understanding packaging and pricing gaps across plans & products, the PAYG funnel, and credit packs, and defining a repeatable motion for upmarket deals.
- Define the inputs (acquisition, activation, expansion) that move the revenue number and hold the product to them.
- Drive MCP usage and capabilities by owning the MCP adoption track as an NDR lever, scaling adoption flows and lifecycle upsells, closing capability gaps, and improving Claude, ChatGPT, and n8n connector experiences.
- Ramp up solution engineering for Sales & Success by assisting the new solution engineer and L3 technical support to unblock AEs and CSMs on credit provisioning, key generation, quota changes, connector troubleshooting, and translating prospect requirements into winning solutions.
- Partner with PMM and Demand Gen to scale workshops, MCP bootcamps, ABM, spokespeople/influencer content, PR, and SEO, and sharpen the website.
- Identify exciting API/MCP use cases from top clients and influencers to turn them into content and sales enablement assets.
- Evolve packaging, pricing, and the self-serve funnel to make the Data Product a repeatable, scalable revenue line that doesn't depend on heroics.
- Use signals from won/lost deals, usage, and feedback to generate hypotheses and improve win rates, activation, and expansion.
- Grow MCP into the default 'agentic SEO' workflow, leading the move from data to action to defend NDR and open paths to expansion and win-back.
- Build a formal solution-engineering function with documentation, tooling, and onboarding to allow customers to integrate API/MCP and let Sales & Success operate without engineering in the loop.
- Translate prospect and customer feedback into a prioritized roadmap for new endpoints and data (e.g. URL-level GSC, prompt generation, Local Marketing and AIRT coverage) and partner with the Data team on accuracy and sourcing/validation questions.
- Act as a strategic GTM partner across teams to surface trade-offs, unblock cross-team dependencies, and keep Product, Demand Gen, Sales, Success, and Data aligned.
Requirements
- Launched new B2B products and taken them from 0 to 1, leading Sales Enablement and deeply engaging with Demand Gen to achieve GTM success.
- Owned a revenue funnel end to end (acquisition, activation, sales enablement, onboarding, retention, and expansion) and knows how to grow TOFU and help close deals.
- Built API-first or data products that offer a great self-served developer experience but don't completely puzzle out business stakeholders.
- Hands-on, practical AI experience and genuine excitement about MCP and agentic workflows, including ideas on how a data product becomes the tool of choice inside tools like Claude and Codex.
- Acted as a technical partner to Sales & Success, supporting demos, prospect setups, and troubleshooting, and turning that into product and tooling improvements.
- Either direct experience in SEO / AI Search, or a track record of ramping quickly in a new and technical domain.
- Ability to explain complex concepts and strategies so that team members, fellow PMs, Designers, Senior Leaders, Support, Success, Sales reps, and users all understand easily.
- Experience managing stakeholders' expectations with grace as delivery dates shift and plans change.
- Ability to embrace the constant change of a startup.
- Great spoken English.
