Assess risks related to contract labor deployment and propose improvements Manage statutory compliance within the plant and ensure adherence to labor laws Advise stakeholders on legislative changes and ensure alignment with updated legal requirements. Build and maintain relationships with key statutory authorities Ensure effective implementation of compliance standards for all applicable statutes.
