Its Infra Tech team tackles some of the most complex DevOps challenges globally, operating on massive AWS workloads, petabytes of data, millions of requests per minute, and thousands of micro‑services.
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of experience in DevOps Engineering
- Strong practical knowledge of managing AWS Infrastructure (EC2, Load Balancers, CloudFront, Elastic Cache, EBS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Auto Scaling, Lambda, etc.)
- Very good experience in infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation or others)
- Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes / EKS / Docker / ECS
- Hands‑on experience writing automation using Shell, Python, PowerShell
- Strong experience with Jenkins / Maven / Gradle
- Experience in DevOps and CI/CD pipeline using JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, Git, Maven, Nexus, Docker
- Hands‑on CI/CD automation for EC2 / ASG / EKS / ECS using Helm, Jenkins, and other tools
- Experience in Configuration Management / DevOps / CI/CD / Agile
- Very good knowledge of administering and troubleshooting Linux‑based systems (CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.)
- Good problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good experience in security compliance (OS upgrade, patching, kernel optimization) and understanding of cloud security (API security, HTTPS, TLS, etc.)
- Understanding of network topologies and common network protocols/services (DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, FTP, SMTP)
Nice to have
- Hands‑on experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Kafka, EMR, Ranger, Spark, Hive, Starburst, Looker, TigerGraph, Neo4j
- Knowledge of SQL queries
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Familiarity with tech stack: Java, RDBMS, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Redis/Aerospike, microservices, AWS
- Strong experience in scaling, performance tuning & optimization at both API and storage layers
- Hands‑on leadership and problem‑solving passion for excellence
