Quality Assurance Engineer A US-headquartered product company scaling its India hub Location: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad — or Remote (India) About the Company A US-headquartered product company is scaling its India hub and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a quality assurance engineer to protect release quality. You will be the last line of defence between a bug and a customer. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India. Role Overview As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will design test plans, build automated test coverage, and work with engineering to catch defects before they reach production. Key Responsibilities Test Planning & Execution Write test plans and cases from product requirements and design docs Execute manual and exploratory testing across web and mobile surfaces Triage and log defects with clear repro steps for engineering Automation & Quality Build and maintain automated test suites (UI, API, and regression) Integrate automated tests into CI pipelines and monitor flaky tests Partner with engineering to improve testability and release quality Ideal Candidate Profile 2 to 6 years in manual and automated software testing Hands-on experience with an automation framework (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright) Working knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured) and SQL Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup Preferred Qualifications ISTQB certification or equivalent Experience testing in an Agile/Scrum environment Basic scripting ability in Python or JavaScript What We Offer A quality assurance engineer seat at a US product company's India engineering hub Remote-friendly, pan-India hiring with long-term placement A quality seat with real influence over what ships and when One application considered for this and future matched roles Hiring Process HR Screening → Technical Assessment → Technical Round 1 → Technical Round 2 → Culture Fit
