Assistant Manager- Digital Marketing (Loyalty)

Job Title: Assistant Manager/ Manager – Loyalty Marketing Location: Gurgaon Job Type: Full-time Role Overview: We are looking for a digital-first marketing professional to support the growth of IndiGo BluChip through integrated marketing campaigns across acquisition, engagement, retention, and partner marketing. The role will drive campaign execution, customer lifecycle initiatives, and digital marketing while collaborating with internal teams and agency partners. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, Push, App, Website, Social, and Paid Media. Support member acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and redemption initiatives through customer lifecycle marketing. Coordinate campaign deployment with Adobe Campaign and other marketing technology platforms. Drive digital acquisition campaigns for loyalty enrolments and co-brand card acquisition. Execute joint marketing campaigns with airline, banking, and lifestyle partners to increase member engagement and linkages. Work with creative, media, SEO, and social agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget. Monitor campaign performance, prepare dashboards, and recommend optimization strategies. Collaborate with Product, Digital, Analytics, Commercial, and Operations teams to deliver business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, MBA preferred 6-8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, CRM, Loyalty Marketing, or Customer Lifecycle Marketing. Experience with marketing automation platforms (Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MoEngage, etc.) is preferred. Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance media, CRM, analytics, and customer journeys. Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Experience in the airline, travel, hospitality, or loyalty industry is an advantage.
