Role overview
The role focuses on designing and producing new visual skins and thematic variations for existing slot games, adapting core mechanics into fresh styles while ensuring cohesive design documentation and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Create new skins and thematic variations for existing games.
- Work with predefined mechanics, adapting them into new themes and visual styles.
- Prepare design documentation.
- Collaborate closely with producers, artists, animators, developers, and mathematicians.
- Participate in the creation of reskins or themed game lines.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer or Game Producer in iGaming / Slot Games.
- Strong understanding of slot game structure: base game, bonus rounds, features, symbols.
- Experience developing visual concepts for slot games (themes, setting, style, overall mood).
- Good knowledge of the gambling industry: products, competitors, markets.
- Experience writing design documentation, technical specifications, and requirements.
- Experience evaluating and balancing slot’s mathematical models.
- Experience describing game features and mechanics in a clear and structured way for development teams.
- English – B1+ level.
- Experience adapting visual styles for different markets and target audiences.
- Skills in Figma and Photoshop.
