Responsibilities
- Support day to day marketing and business development efforts
- Help strengthen the firm's digital presence

Requirements
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM PST working hours
- Pacific Standard Time time zone
- Previous experience in marketing, social media, communications, business development, or related field is preferred
- Experience managing social media platforms and creating or repurposing digital content
- Experience with email marketing and newsletters
- Familiarity with CRM systems and maintaining accurate contact and networking information
- Experience researching events, coordinating networking opportunities, and conducting professional outreach
- Comfortable working with digital content, including short form video editing
- Basic understanding of website updates and landing page setup
- Strong organizational skills with ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, schedules, and deadlines
- Comfortable working independently while maintaining clear and consistent communication with the team
- Approximately 0 to 5 calls per day expected phone volume
- Spanish language skills are not required
