Role overview
AllShore Talent is supporting a large Adobe implementation initiative requiring experienced professionals across Content Supply Chain, Experience Platform & Digital Marketing, and Program & Delivery workstreams. This is a high-priority, multi-resource engagement supporting complex Adobe implementations across enterprise environments. We are seeking a senior, hands-on CJA Product Modernization Consultant or Engineer to deliver a defined workstream within an enterprise Adobe Analytics-to-Customer Journey Analytics transformation. Working with a Level 1 CJA Product Modernization Architect, this individual will translate modernization strategy into schemas, datasets, identity configurations, CJA connections, data views, metrics, reports, integrations, validation processes, and implementation deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Lead detailed analytics requirements and process-discovery sessions.
- Assess Adobe Analytics report suites, variables, classifications, metrics, segments, dashboards, and data collection.
- Translate measurement requirements into detailed CJA and AEP designs.
- Design or build XDM schemas and Experience Platform datasets.
- Configure or support data ingestion, identity namespaces, identity stitching, CJA connections, and data views.
- Build dimensions, metrics, filters, calculated metrics, attribution settings, and sessionization rules.
- Build or migrate Analysis Workspace projects and reporting components.
- Execute data reconciliation and validation across Adobe Analytics, AEP, source systems, and CJA.
- Support parallel reporting, testing, defect resolution, cutover, and production readiness.
- Document schemas, datasets, mappings, metrics, test plans, and deployment procedures.
- Identify and escalate data-quality, identity, integration, performance, privacy, and governance concerns.
- Support training, documentation, governance, and business adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of digital analytics, analytics implementation, data engineering, Adobe consulting, martech, or related experience.
- Direct, hands-on Adobe Customer Journey Analytics implementation experience.
- Strong Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform experience.
- Experience supporting or delivering an Adobe Analytics-to-CJA migration.
- At least one official Adobe certification is required; the exact certification must be clearly listed on the resume.
- Hands-on experience with several of the following: XDM schemas, datasets, ingestion, identity, CJA connections, data views, metrics, filters, calculated metrics, attribution, sessionization, Analysis Workspace, and validation.
- Experience translating business measurement requirements into functional or technical solutions.
- Experience with testing, validation, documentation, deployment, and production readiness.
- Enterprise client-facing experience and the ability to independently lead a defined workstream.
Nice to have
- Adobe certification related to CJA, Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Experience Platform.
- Multiple Adobe certifications.
- Experience with Adobe Web SDK, Experience Platform Data Collection, tags, APIs, or Edge Network.
- Experience combining digital and non-digital data for cross-channel reporting.
- Experience with Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, or Target.
- Consulting or systems integration experience.
Additional details
- The initial engagement is expected to run for approximately six (6) months, with potential for extension and future project opportunities based on performance, business needs, and continued expansion of Adobe-related programs.
- Resources will work as part of distributed delivery teams supporting architecture, implementation, integration, configuration, data, marketing technology, analytics, operations, and program delivery.
- Candidates should be comfortable working within cross-functional teams, collaborating remotely, and contributing quickly within established project environments.
- Due to the critical nature and urgency of this hire, we are unable to accommodate extended notice periods, such as 30 days.
- If you are not immediately available or cannot start within a short timeframe, please let the recruiter know whether you would be able to engage on a part-time basis while completing your notice period (e.g., 20 hours per week during morning hours).
- This is not a general Adobe modernization role. Direct, hands-on CJA experience is required; Adobe Analytics experience without CJA implementation experience is not sufficient.
- Success is defined as: Assigned schemas, datasets, connections, data views, and reports are delivered correctly; Legacy requirements are translated into an improved CJA model; Data discrepancies are identified, documented, and resolved; The workstream is validated, ready for cutover, and adopted by business users.
