Role overview
Chasi is a remote-first company building the future of industrial commerce through an integrated ecosystem of AI, fintech, and commerce infrastructure. They seek a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to develop production features using modern frontend and backend technologies, contribute to AI-driven tools, and collaborate on automation for equipment rentals, inventory, and payments within the industrial and construction sectors.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship production features across Next.js and TypeScript.
- Contribute to backend APIs and services built in Node.js.
- Work with PostgreSQL and Drizzle/Prisma to design and query scalable data models.
- Help power AI-driven tools using LangChain, OpenAI, and custom retrieval systems.
- Work on Voice AI powered solutions.
- Integrate third-party APIs like Stripe, Salesforce, and other logistics data sources/CRMs.
- Collaborate on automating workflows for equipment rentals, inventory, and payments.
- Participate in code reviews, product discussions, and technical design sessions.
Requirements
- Graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar.
- Proficient with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and modern web development fundamentals.
- 2+ years of work experience building apps for startups or big tech.
- Comfortable with backend concepts — APIs, databases, authentication, and REST/GraphQL.
