The role requires working closely with teams to apply modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, ensuring that the solutions delivered are scalable and meet specific business requirements. This position demands continuous collaboration and innovation to enhance software performance and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance functionality and performance. - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unreal Engine. - Experience with Python (Programming Language) and 3D Designing. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. - Familiarity with debugging and performance optimization techniques. - Experience in integrating software components and third-party libraries. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Unreal Engine. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
