Role overview
We’re in an unbelievably exciting area of tech and are fundamentally reshaping the data storage industry. As our Sales Operations Analyst (CPQ), you will own the integrity of the end-to-end quote creation and system support architecture that accelerates our global Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle. Operating as a critical partner to field sales, IT, and Deal Desk teams, you will eliminate operational friction by turning system troubleshooting into sustainable, long-term process improvements to maximize velocity for field sellers and influence revenue readiness.
Responsibilities
- Optimize Quote-to-Cash Systems Velocity: Serve as the strategic operational anchor for field sales teams, resolving critical quote architecture, opportunity management, and system bottlenecks within strict SLA timelines to keep active deals moving forward smoothly.
- Engineer Sustainable Root-Cause Fixes: Analyze recurring ticket trends and system performance anomalies to isolate root causes, partnering directly with IT engineering to deploy automated, permanent system enhancements rather than temporary transactional fixes.
- Govern Business Alignment via Testing: Lead and execute comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all deployed CPQ and CRM solutions, ensuring technical features align perfectly with field sales workflows and business requirements before global rollout.
- Scale Operational Excellence & Self-Service: Collaborate with regional Sales Operations teams to identify bottlenecks, authoring technical SOPs, process documentation, and FAQs that empower field self-service and drastically reduce cycle times.
Requirements
- CPQ & Quote-to-Cash Architecture Mastery: 4+ years of hands-on experience managing the opportunity lifecycle and quote operations workflows within enterprise CPQ platforms (such as Salesforce CPQ) where transactional accuracy directly impacts revenue execution.
- Advanced Data Synthesis & Analysis: Deep technical proficiency using Google Sheets and Excel (including complex queries, advanced data modeling, and array formulas) to analyze operational trends, build dashboard reporting, and audit pipeline data.
- Cross-Functional Technical Troubleshooting: Proven ability to translate complex system issues into actionable technical requirements, collaborating effectively with IT, engineering, and GTM stakeholders to resolve cross-platform data alignment friction.
- High-Ownership Service Delivery: A proactive, detail-oriented approach to SLA management, with demonstrated experience using enterprise ticketing ecosystems (such as ServiceNow or Jira) to track, prioritize, and optimize business operations support.
Benefits
- Innovation: We celebrate those who think critically, like a challenge, and aspire to be trailblazers.
- Growth: We give you the space and support to grow along with us and to contribute to something meaningful.
- Team: We build each other up and set aside ego for the greater good.
- Flexible time off
- Wellness resources
- Company-sponsored team events
Additional details
- Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
