Role overview
Instawork is building one of India's largest commercial video data collection networks through its IRL initiative, which aims to bridge the gap between AI language models and physical robotics. As a Zonal Data Captain (Field Officer), you will own the business pipeline for your assigned zone, focusing on converting local businesses for on-site video data collection and maintaining an active recording engine in your territory.
Responsibilities
- Own the business pipeline for your assigned zone
- Find businesses and convert them for on-site video data collection
- Keep the recording engine in your territory active every single day
- Visit commercial spaces and business locations regularly
- Install and provide guidance on video recording equipment
- Help businesses capture day-to-day operational recordings
- Manage and monitor equipment usage
- Support and guide business partners during the recording process
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Ensure operational requirements are completed efficiently
- Expand into new towns mapped to your zone
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with field work and client interaction
- Basic technical understanding of devices/equipment
- Problem-solving and coordination abilities
- Compulsory requirement of own vehicle for travelling
- Valid Driver’s license
