Devops Engineer and lead

Role & responsibilities Define and implement the DevOps vision and strategy, including roadmap development, technology evaluation, and budget management, to achieve business goals. Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing DevOps team, including performance reviews and recruitment. Design and implement scalable and secure DevOps solutions, including the implementation of new technologies and tools. Enforce coding standards and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
