Engineering Manager Mobile/Flutter (Lead)

Role & responsibilities Lead and manage the Flutter development team , setting the technical direction and execution strategy. Drive the adoption and integration of AI-enabled coding assistants (e.g., Cursor.io , Copilot, ChatGPT) to optimize development workflows and accelerate delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps. Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
