Responsibilities

Executes tasks to maintain trust across compliance, audits, risk management, vendor risk, privacy, and AI governance
Enables organizations to maintain a strong, reliable trust posture without draining operational bandwidth on repetitive tasks
Investigates product, integration and configuration issues when customers encounter failures, unexpected API behavior, configuration issues, or confusing workflows
Owns issues through resolution from investigation to final fix
Works with browser developer tools, APIs, integrations, logs, and cloud environments
Collaborates closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Compliance teams
Communicates clearly during investigations, explaining what happened, what is being done, and next steps without overwhelming customers
Collects evidence, isolates issues, and creates precise escalations for engineering teams
Identifies recurring patterns and converts them into better documentation, troubleshooting playbooks, product feedback, or process improvements
Builds expertise in trust and security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA) and how Sprinto connects with cloud infrastructure, identity systems, and business applications
Develops practical knowledge of APIs, HTTP requests, browser behavior, authentication, cloud integrations, and systems connecting Sprinto with customer technologies

Requirements

Recent engineering graduate or up to one year of relevant experience
Working understanding of APIs, HTTP, client-server architecture, and databases
Ability to explain technical problems clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Comfortability with unfamiliar problems by breaking them down and testing possibilities
Demonstrated learning agility and responsiveness to feedback
Strong communication skills in writing and effectiveness in remote environments
Willingness to take ownership of issues and follow them through to resolution
Interest in understanding how products and systems work rather than merely following instructions

Nice to have

Prior experience in Product Support (though not required)
Strong desire to solve hard problems and care deeply about impact creation
Curiosity and comfort asking questions, researching independently, and learning from incomplete information
Ability to work in a fully remote environment and communicate effectively in writing
