Product QA Engineer

Role Overview We are looking for a Product QA Engineer who will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our applications. You will work closely with engineering, product, and AI teams to validate features, identify issues early, and help ship robust, scalable products. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing of product features Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and edge cases Identify, document, and track bugs; ensure timely resolution Validate data accuracy and workflows, especially for data-driven features Contribute to test automation and improve QA processes Ensure product quality across web applications, dashboards, and APIs Eligibility, Experience 2–3 years of experience in Product QA, Software Testing Experience working in product-based or startup environments preferred Skillset Core Skills Strong understanding of QA methodologies and testing lifecycle Experience with manual testing (functional, regression, UAT) Ability to write clear test cases and bug reports Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Technical Skills Basic knowledge of API testing (Postman or similar tools) Familiarity with SQL for data validation Exposure to test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, etc.) is a plus Understanding of web technologies (frontend, backend basics) Nice to Have Experience testing data-heavy or analytics products Exposure to healthcare or clinical data systems Familiarity with Agile, Scrum workflows Why Join Us Work on real-world, high-impact healthcare products Collaborate with cross-functional teams across AI, engineering, and research Opportunity to own quality for critical product features Fast-paced environment with strong learning opportunities Show more
