This role seeks a Senior SAP Basis professional with over 10 years of experience in SAP technical administration, production support, and related domains.
Responsibilities
- Technical ownership of SAP Basis environments
- Production support and major incident coordination
- Upgrade, migration, and disaster recovery planning
- Coordination with vendor, infrastructure, application, and functional teams
- Technical mentoring and knowledge sharing
- Technical risk assessment and change/problem management
- Go-live and cutover planning
- Creation of technical documentation, SOPs, and stakeholder communication
- Audit and compliance support
Requirements
- Must be a Senior SAP Basis professional with 10+ years of experience
- Extensive experience in SAP technical administration, production support, SAP HANA administration, performance tuning, system upgrades, migrations, system refreshes, transport management, security, monitoring, high availability, and disaster recovery
- Proven experience in complex SAP landscapes
- Ability to cross-functionally coordinate with application, infrastructure, security, cloud, and managed-service teams
- Working exposure to SAP BTP administration, Cloud Connector, identity, security, connectivity, and SAP Integration Suite
- Knowledge of S/4HANA and transformation exposure
Nice to have
- Strong SAP BTP experience (including WORKING EXPOSURE)
- Expertise in cloud and integration platforms
- Advanced leadership and professional skills such as mentoring and knowledge sharing
- Deep understanding of identity, security, and connectivity systems
