Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end process; shadow engineering, production, and service teams to define, document, and architect automated workflows that eliminate manual bottlenecks. Custom Portal / App Architecture: Architect, build, and deploy a custom, proprietary internal portal / App featuring real-time dashboards to monitor, track, and ensure the absolute closure of issues across three critical vectors: field service, production quality and product development.
