Role overview
AutoRABIT is the leader in DevSecOps for SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, offering a highly scalable framework that covers the entire DevSecOps cycle. We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to build and maintain scalable backend systems, develop APIs, microservices, and front‑end components, and ensure reliability, performance, and maintainability across our platform while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship features across the full stack: Prisma models and SQL migrations, SDL and resolvers, services with colocated Jest tests, and Ant Design screens.
- Extend and harden the multi‑tenant model: tenant‑scoped data access, tenant provisioning and cloning, per‑tenant licensing and module enablement.
- Work on the scheduling and work‑queue layer: job allocation, worker claiming, stale‑job recovery, concurrency and idempotency.
- Write the docs that go out with each release and keep internal runbooks current.
- Improve what we know is weak: front‑end test coverage, query performance on large scan result sets, and observability.
- Integrate backend services with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile Scrum environment and participate in ceremonies.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following established coding standards.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support build and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development and production environments.
- Continuously improve code quality, performance, and system reliability.
- Adhere to set internal controls.
- Contribute to customer‑facing product documentation.
Requirements
- 3–4 years building and operating production web applications, with TypeScript on both Node.js and React.
- Hands‑on experience with Node.js and Java building APIs or microservices.
- Designed and maintained a GraphQL API in production, schema‑first, including auth directives, pagination and N+1 avoidance.
- Schema design, migrations, indexes, views, and reading query plans; experience with Prisma or a comparable ORM and knowledge of when to drop to raw SQL.
- React with a component library such as Ant Design, building data‑dense screens, tables, filters and dashboards; comfortable with charting libraries.
- Built or maintained background‑job systems: queues, schedulers, workers, retries, locking; can reason about race conditions and write tests that expose them.
- Docker in daily use.
- Deployed and debugged services on AWS, including ECS or a comparable container platform, RDS, S3 and a CI pipeline.
- Writes tests as part of the work, not after; familiar with Jest and fixture‑based service tests.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with Groovy scripting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with RedwoodJS or CedarJS, GraphQL Yoga, Envelop plugins, GraphQL subscriptions.
- Familiarity with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Azure Integration Services.
- Knowledge of static analysis or security scanning tools, OWASP and CWE, or compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
- Experience with Redis, nginx, supervisord, Bitbucket Pipelines.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs or Model Context Protocol servers.
Benefits
- Remote work (based in Bangalore, remote).
- Competitive compensation: 18 – 24 LPA.
