Role overview
Airbnb’s ACC Enterprise Ops team seeks a Supervisor to lead a high‑performing lead generation team that sources, qualifies, and enrichs leads to accelerate supply growth in priority geographies. The role blends inspirational people leadership with program‑management rigor, driving pipeline health, process optimization, and actionable insights that expand Airbnb’s host supply and unlock new revenue streams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a healthy, predictable pipeline of qualified leads.
- Optimize tooling, processes, and KPIs to improve velocity and conversion.
- Surface actionable insights that shape go‑to‑market and product strategies.
- Foster a culture of inclusion, learning, and operational excellence.
- Review daily performance metrics including leads generated, conversion rates, and region‑wise pacing to identify gaps and reprioritize focus areas.
- Align the team on daily targets, priority geographies, and workflows while ensuring clarity on expectations and output quality.
- Monitor lead quality and pipeline health, identifying issues such as low conversion sources, duplicate leads, or market saturation.
- Reallocate headcount dynamically across regions or workflows based on performance and business priorities.
- Work on process improvements such as refining sourcing strategies, introducing pre‑qualification steps, and reducing manual inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Analytics teams to share insights, gather feedback on lead quality, and influence tooling or workflow changes.
- Drive automation and tooling initiatives to improve scalability and team efficiency.
- Conduct quality reviews and provide coaching to improve agent‑level productivity and accuracy.
- Track progress against weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals, flag risks early, and take corrective actions to stay on track.
- Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives such as new geo expansion, lead recycling programs, and capacity planning.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels (sourcing → enrichment → qualification → conversion).
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights to drive decisions (productivity, quality, pacing).
- Experience in operations management with focus on productivity, SLA adherence, and quality control.
- Strong people management and team leadership skills including coaching, performance management, and motivation.
- Ability to build, develop, and scale teams, including onboarding and capability building.
- Experience driving accountability and ownership within the team while maintaining high morale.
- Program management skills to design and scale processes across geographies.
- Stakeholder management across Sales, RevOps, Product, and Analytics teams.
- Problem‑solving mindset with ability to identify root causes and implement structured solutions.
- Experience working with CRM tools, dashboards, and data systems.
- Ability to balance short‑term execution with long‑term strategic impact.
Nice to have
- Experience in marketplace or supply growth environments (travel, hospitality, SaaS, etc.).
- Exposure to AI and Automation tools (scraping, enrichment platforms, workflow automation).
- Knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.), or basic analytics.
- Familiarity with geo prioritization and market expansion strategies.
- Experience running pilot programs, A/B testing, or process experiments.
- Ability to work with external vendors or partners for scaling operations.
- Understanding of conversion optimization and funnel improvement techniques.
