UI/UX Designer

Description We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and designing app screens and website pages that provide the users with an exceptional experience. As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, Engineering Manager, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into engaging and intuitive interface designs. Your creativity and strong understanding of user-cantered design principles will enable you to create visually appealing layouts that not only look good but also enhance usability and functionality. You will be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and conducting usability testing to ensure that our designs meet the expectations of our users. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and have a solid foundation in design tools, as well as the ability to communicate design concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical team members. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design user-friendly interfaces for applications and websites. Conduct user research and gather user feedback to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups for app screens and website pages. Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms. Perform usability testing to evaluate design effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance design practices. Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs. Requirements · Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role in the tech industry. Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software. Solid understanding of user-cantered design principles and best practices. Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas and concepts to team members and stakeholders. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Show more
