Responsibilities
- Own quality for multiple features of Fello’s platform, covering both functionality and user experience.
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test plans across diverse workflows.
- Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing for fast‑moving product releases.
- Validate AI‑powered conversational flows, chat experiences, and generative outputs to ensure accuracy, reliability, and safe interactions.
- Evaluate LLM‑driven responses for correctness, consistency, edge cases, and bias—ensuring fair, user‑friendly outcomes.
- Test AI‑powered workflows and automation tools that integrate deeply into agent and team productivity.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to debug and ship confidently.
- Contribute to test automation frameworks and drive QA best practices.

Requirements
- 3–7 years of QA experience with cloud‑native or AI‑powered applications.
- Familiarity with API testing (Postman, REST Assured, or similar).
