3Pillar Global is seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer to drive web and mobile application development. The role involves leading technical initiatives, designing scalable solutions, and mentoring a global engineering team while working in a flexible, remote‑first environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical initiatives and drive architectural decisions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to clean coding practices.
- Mentor and coach team members on best practices and technical growth.
- Design and develop scalable, maintainable, high‑performing web applications using Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, and React.js.
- Develop mobile applications using React Native and associated mobile technologies.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, and React.js.
- Hands‑on experience with React Native and mobile application development.
- Experience with TypeORM, Jest, and SQL/database fundamentals.
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles, clean coding practices, and OWASP security standards.
- Ability to lead technical initiatives, perform code reviews, and mentor team members.
- Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and high‑performing applications.
- Mobile‑focused experience in either iOS (Swift / SwiftUI) OR Android (Kotlin / Jetpack Compose).
Nice to have
- PostgreSQL experience.
- Docker proficiency.
- Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
