Responsibilities

Own acquisition strategies and execution for fast-growing brands to achieve defined revenue, acquisition, and profit targets
Define and execute media strategies with budgets above $1M/month to hit acquisition and revenue goals
Optimize the entire funnel—from ad creative to checkout and upsell—to maximize customer value and profitability
Drive creative strategy by product, audience, and channel, ensuring brand consistency
Prioritize improvements weekly/bi-weekly using a 20/80 framework
Lead upsell/downsell testing via proprietary one-click funnel software
Monitor and optimize each step in the customer journey from platform messaging through thank-you page

Requirements

+5 years developing and executing growth marketing strategies—particularly in e-commerce or consumer products
Experience managing six-figure monthly ad spend across Meta Ads
Skilled at interpreting consumer data to drive creative and media decisions
Strong collaboration and communication with creative, engineering, and marketing teams
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning complex funnels from paid media setup to upsell flows and thank-you pages
