As a Technical Application & Integration Support Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the correct functioning of Poultry Master across European operations by investigating technical incidents, supporting integrations, contributing to CI/CD processes, and reinforcing a business-essential platform within an international IT environment.

Responsibilities

  • Guarantee that Poultry Master and connected systems function reliably and efficiently across the organization.
  • Provide technical support for Poultry Master and its integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Investigate incidents related to applications, integrations, databases, and infrastructure to identify the root cause and implement solutions.
  • Analyze PostgreSQL databases, validate data quality, and resolve inconsistencies using advanced SQL techniques.
  • Support and resolve incidents related to APIs, integrations, and data exchange between applications.
  • Collaborate in the management of GitHub repositories, CI/CD processes, and deployments.
  • Learn and provide support for the technical configurations of the Rappit low-code platform.
  • Coordinate technical investigations with internal IT teams and document solutions for recurring incidents.
  • Identify structural improvements to increase platform stability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in application support, APIs, integrations, or technical software environments.
  • Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL, including complex queries and relational database concepts.
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and resolving incidents related to integrations between systems.
  • Practical experience with Git and GitHub and knowledge of CI/CD processes.
  • Analysis and problem-solving capacity, good communication skills, and fluent level of English.
