Core Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software solutions. Write efficient, reusable, and well-documented code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality. Investigate and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner. Continuously explore and implement best practices for code optimization and improvement. Mentor and guide junior developers in the team. What it Takes to Be Successful Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 8 plus years of proven experience as a Software Developer. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code. Solid understanding of software development life cycle and best practices. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
