Role overview
The purpose of this position is to supervise shift operations of Value stream / Sub Value streams, manage and motivate shop‑floor associates, facilitate efficient value creation, mentor entry‑level associates, coach and develop associates, ensure conformance to safety, quality and shop‑floor standards, maintain IR and shop‑floor discipline, and follow deviation management and continuous improvement to achieve targeted operational results.
