Role Description Network Engineer We are seeking a Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our organization's network infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performance connectivity across all office and data center locations. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, deploy, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN infrastructure across office and data center locations. Manage and configure routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless access points. Monitor network performance and availability using network monitoring tools. Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, outages, and performance degradation issues within defined SLAs. Plan and implement network capacity upgrades, redundancy, and failover mechanisms. Manage network security controls — ACLs, VLANs, NAT, firewall rules — in coordination with the Security team. Maintain network documentation including topology diagrams, IP addressing schemes, and configuration backups. Coordinate with ISPs and telecom vendors for circuit provisioning, outages, and escalations. Perform regular firmware/OS upgrades and vulnerability patching on network devices. Support network requirements for new office setups, data center migrations, and disaster recovery drills. Participate in on-call rotation for critical network incidents. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Electronics, or related field. Hands-on experience with firewall and security appliances. Experience with network monitoring and management tools. Skills Change Management, Load Balancing, Resource Management, Network Architecture
