Role overview
Our Infrastructure team is seeking a Senior Software Developer in Test to join a core group responsible for designing the industry’s leading Micro-Engagement Platform.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks and tools to ensure the quality and reliability of the platform.
- Collaborate with development teams to define testing strategies and best practices.
- Write and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify and resolve defects, ensuring they are tracked and documented in the issue tracking system.
- Monitor test execution and analyze test results to improve the testing process.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software testing and automation.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in testing practices and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automated testing.
- Strong knowledge of testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation in cloud environments.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
