Engineer Program Manager

Roles & Responsibilities Own the overall customer relationship from an operations and manufacturing perspective. Lead product transfer activities (Factory Transfer / Site Transfer) and production localization. Develop, monitor, and drive project timelines, milestones, and on-time execution. Manage customer demand, forecasting, and production ramp-up plans. Plan manufacturing capacity, resources, and factory readiness to meet business requirements.
