Role: Automation Technical Architect

Role overview

Automation Technical Architect responsible for aligning automation tools, processes, and strategies with business goals. The role involves enforcing best practices, standardizing compliance, and optimizing automated systems and processes while collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design best-fit automation solution for RPA and ITPA and Cognitive Automation
Conduct IPA and DPA and in the customer environment
Construct To be the solution for the identified opportunities
Build POC for solution demonstration
Evaluate and Prototype internal or external products and provide recommendations to address business requirements
Perform ROI analysis for Benefit realization and recommend the optimization approach
Conduct Workshops with customers for capability showcase and new features on solution tools
Evaluate tools and provide recommendations.
Support in Pre-sale activities and provide technical solutions to automate client requirements.
Anticipate, identify, track, and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery.
Assist the development team in resolving technical problems.
Assist Support teams with technical expertise to resolve issues.
Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews and walkthroughs

Requirements

10-15 Yrs Relevant Experience
Experience Solutioning and Implementation automation platforms/tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath/HPOO/Service Now/ Power Automate/Resolve.ai/Rundeck)
Proficient in any programming languages, e.g., Java, Python
Proficient in Cloud Infra Management
Good understanding of scripting concepts and scripting language, preferably Power shell, VB, Perl, C#
Experience in developing solutions using MS Power Apps and/or other low code-no code platforms
Experience with Databases, SQL and NoSQL, and DevOps
Hands-on experience in Automating Web interfaces, API, and desktop application interfaces.
